Permanent Magnet
An effective magnet program that includes verification and validation of magnets identified as a Critical Control Point or as a Prerequisite Program. Performed at least annually using a calibrated Gauss Meter and Pull Testing kit with records confirming traceability to an NIST or known standard to confirm its accuracy once every 12 months in accordance with the 0909MAGSEP1-20103 magnet standard.
